Competition, Offer & Promotion Terms & Conditions
- All competition entries must be received by the date specified on the competition Terms & Conditions
- All competition winners will be notified by telephone in the first instance and a confirmation email/ketter will also be sent out
- All competition winners consent to participating in post-event promotion within the media organised by the Shopping Centre
- All competition entrants are consenting to the Shopping Centre contacting them with details of further offers and promotions
- Competitions, offers and promotions are not open to Shopping Centre employees, tenants or their employees
- The Shopping Centre management reserves the right to amend or cancel any part of any competition, offer or promotion (including any term) in its sole discretion and without giving reasons
- All decisions made by Shopping Centre Management are final and no correspondence will be entered into
- Shoppers are often required to complete a data capture form to enter any competition, receive offers or take part in promotion
- Individual Terms & Conditions exist for each competition, offer or promotion, please see relevant information for reference and contact the Centre Management Office at the Shopping Centre if you have any concerns.
