By Car

Strand Street secure underground car park has 2000 spaces and is the nearest car park to Cavern Walks.

Directions to Strand Street car park from M62:

• From M62 Edge Lane, head for Liverpool city centre, Dale Street or Albert Dock.
• Head for Albert Dock and Strand Street, stay in right hand lane.
• Follow the underpass in the middle of Strand Street under Chavasse Park to the new underground car park.

Directions by foot from Strand Street car park:

• Exit by foot onto Liverpool ONE’s South John Street.
• Turn left and continue until you reach Boodles and Lord Street.
• Turn right on to Lord Street until you see a sign for Cavern Walks on the left hand side.
• Turn left onto Doran’s Lane, Cavern Walks is straight ahead.

By Train

(5 minutes walk from Liverpool Central Station & James Street station)

Directions from Liverpool Central Station:

• Walk straight ahead out of Central Station’s concourse
• Turn left onto Ranelagh Street, and follow to Barclays bank at Church Street
• Turn right onto Lord Street
• Half way up Lord Street look for the Cavern Walk’s sign
• Turn right onto Doran’s Lane, Cavern Walks is straight ahead.

Directions from James Street Station:

• Turn left onto James Street
• Continue up James Street until you can see the Victoria statue on the right hand side.
• Cross the road onto Lord Street and continue straight ahead.
• Turn left onto Doran’s Lane, Cavern Walks is straight ahead.

By Bus

Directions from Queen Square bus station:

• From the bus alighting stop, continue straight ahead and veer left into Williamson Square.
• Turn right and walk across the square to Richmond Street
• Continue to the end of Richmond Street and turn left on to Whitechapel and turn right on to Stanley Street.
• Take the first left on to Mathew Street.
• Cavern Walks is straight ahead

Directions from Liverpool ONE transport interchange:

• Cross under the John Lewis footbridge
• Turn left onto Paradise St at McDonald’s walk straight ahead on to Whitechapel
• Take first left onto Mathew Street
• Cavern Walks is straight ahead
