Liverpool Ladies are going bananas for the latest celebrity nail craze to hit UK shores - fruity nail art!
Available exclusively in the North West at celebrity salon Nail Nation in Cavern Walks, the juicy designs are created by placing 3D slices of ceramic fruit onto the surface of the nail to create unique, bright and summery designs.
Manager of Nail Nation Claire Grace said: “We’ve seen the tropical trend all over the Spring/Summer 2011 catwalks at Stella McCartney and Prada, so it makes sense that we’re now offering similar designs for nails. These are completely new to the UK and have never been seen anywhere else before.”
The citrus inspired Fimo NSI nail accessories are already proving popular with celebrities such as Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Rihanna and The Only Way is Essex star, Amy Childs.
Claire continued: “After seeing Amy Childs’ flamboyant nails on The Only Way is Essex, our customers were dying to get their hands on similar designs. They have instantly become a firm favourite with our customers who love how original they are. Whether it be the juicy strawberry or zingy lemon designs, these new nail accessories look good enough to eat!”
The full Fimo Fruity Nails treatment is available at Nail Nation in Cavern Walks. The treatment lasts up to one hour and prices start at £3.50 per nail.
